We're looking for an Experienced Property Maintenance Coordinator!!!
Company Name: Fix MULTIfamily (Repair company associated with Get MULTIfamily Property Management)
Job Role: Property Maintenance Coordinator
Work Remotely? Yes!
Work Hours and Schedule: Works 9 AM to 6 PM AZ time/MST | Weekdays Off | 20-40 hours per week
Work Duration: Part Time/Full time. (Continues and not project based)
Hourly Rate/Salary: Starts at $5/hour or $800 per month + Incentives

Job Description:
Manages the whole process of maintenance coordination. This includes and not limited to assigning a vendor to a work order/repair request, coordinating schedule with vendors and tenants, Getting estimates for work order and can determine the fair pricing of each repair, create invoices, review project/work order completion.

Requirements:
At least 2-year work experience with a property management company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Immediate to advance computer skills
Efficient and can work with minimal supervision
Have a working PC/Laptop
Have a noise cancellation headset
DSL/Fiber internet connection of at least 10mbps
Have a work area free from noise and
Can work during the weekends
Can start ASAP
