We are at an inflection point in our growth curve and are searching for a Brand Manager to join us on our journey to become a major global beauty brand and hit the $100M mark within the next 3-5 years.

About The Position:

iRestore is looking for a Brand Manager who is a health & beauty brand fanatic with content marketing experience and excellent project management skills. Passionate about all things direct-to-consumer CPG brands who thinks outside the box and gets things done.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal Brand Manager will have previous experience in the health and beauty space, working successfully with the marketing and creative teams; leading and managing projects from conception to execution. This person will be well-versed at being in the middle of content production and facilitating the process through the finished product.

What you’ll do:

>Assist with content marketing efforts and creatives development to create high-converting ads, landing pages and emails, especially video creatives on social media
>Collaborate with the Director of Brand to drive strategy, budget and execution of brand marketing initiatives ensuring a consistent brand message across all consumer touch points including web, paid media, product, packaging, retail, events, social, catalog, etc.
>Collaborate with the Growth team on ad creatives testing, and optimizing content on the website
>Lead our copy, content, social media and influencer team
>Optimize and elevate the customer experience from A to Z – from the point they see an ad to the ---------- nt they receive and unbox our products
>Analyze our consumer insights and customer experience metrics to elevate our brand affinity and streamline our brand voice and messaging to tailor to target customer avatar

The ideal candidate has:

>2+ years of relevant brand/content experience with a DTC eCommerce brand, preferably in the health and beauty space
>Must have experience wireframing
>Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Canva or other similar platforms a plus
>Experience with new and existing social media/ad platforms and a technical understanding of how to generate awareness and engagement
>Experience and demonstrated the ability to manage a brand team and multiple content production resources
>A great eye for branding and good creatives
>Excellent project management capabilities
>A natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a fast-paced environment
>Ability to streamline processes and develop an efficient pipeline for asset creation
>Ability to be strategic and tactical – both manage a team and get in the weeds to make it happen
>General familiarity with UI/UX strategy and design and how that ties into branding and conversion tactics
>A strong desire to build a network of other great practitioners
