JOB OVERVIEW

An American company is looking for sales and customer service representatives.

Location: Metro Manila
Job Purpose: To provide customer service in accordance with company's policies and procedures and thus achieve sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:
1) Fluent in written and spoken English, and decent accent.
2) College education (in any field).
3) Ability to work during the night (US eastern time).
4) At least 2 years experience in sales / customer service (incoming).
5) Age: 22-36

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
Serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs, provide customer service, manage existing client and obtaining new orders.

Sales representative primary Job Duties:

• Receive calls from old and new customers, and providing them with product and service information
• Providing customer service via email / chat and other online methods
• Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning
• and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Obtain orders, creating invoices and receiving payments
• Managing clients and upselling
• Functioning as sales agents, follow up on clients actively and making outbound calls in order to seal the deal
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, special requests, orders and sample purchases.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.



Sales representative other Job Duties:
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
• Doing additional marketing and selling tasks in order to make the maximum amount of sales.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by studying the business, asking management questions and attending in weekly company meeting lessons
• Help training new sales representative employees
• Provide additional administrative assistance to the management
