JOB OVERVIEW

Our US-based Credit Repair Company is looking for a very passionate and committed Dispute Team Lead who shall coordinate all the workload related to dispute processes. This position assists in providing efficient services to customers, managing records, supervising the dispute team, coordinating with the Sales Manager and other support duties if needed.

Salary: $550 per month

Main Responsibilities
--Maintains CRC in all aspect (Incoming and Outgoing Clients)
--Provides Data related to Client Completion to Upper management, with thorough understanding of the current data and how to move it forward.
--Delegates/Assigns Clients to Disputer.
--Audits Letters used by Disputers.
--Acts as a support to the dispute team for any difficult / one off scenarios.
--Holds all Disputers accountable for achieving KPI.
--Accountable for Hours Worked and Productivity of the Disputers
--Cascades updates / process changes to the dispute team.
--Provides factual recommendations on letters that is supposed to be used from one situation to another.
--Invests in developing Disputer’s knowledge (Upgrade to see actual info Credit Industry Knowledge)
--Coach agents depending on his/her KPI Trend. (Provide realistic/behavior specific coaching to Agents.)
--Facilitates Skills Development Plans to his/her Subordinates (Skill Dev Plans are related to the KPI Trend of the Team)
--Primary Goal is Client Completion.
--Manages Schedules and Staffing of the Disputers.
--Works hand in hand with other department heads to accommodate improvement plans.
--Reports Factual Data to Upper management, with thorough understanding of the current data and how to move it forward.

Qualifications
--Minimum of 2 years of dispute, credit, compliance, operations and/or relevant supervisory experience
--Experience in doing a factual dispute is a MUST
--Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline and/or experience in Administration, Finance, Banking, Insurance or similar businesses is preferred
--Experience in the evaluation, analysis and optimization of dispute processes
