About Us: Small, family owned, real estate investment company focused on short-term rentals (Airbnb). The owners are Casey (ex-engineer) and Vanessa (ex-attorney).

We're looking for a VIDEO EDITING & Social Media EXPERT who’s motivated, hardworking, and willing and able to take on any task. Prior experience with VIDEO & social media is preferred.

The Ideal person:
Experienced with Video production & ---------- erested in Short Term Rental Hospitality and short-term rentals
Excellent communication skills in English
Polite and kind, but firm during conflict
Fast and efficient worker
Smart problem solver
Adaptable
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Attention to detail

NOTE: You can only have only THIS ---------- second jobs. This is full-time; not a side job or part time position.

Responsibilities:
Video Production & Editing
Publishing & Managing Social Media Channels
Sales inquiries and calls
Screening guests and identifying problem areas
Filling out contract for electronic signature
Monitoring Cameras for noise & parties
Scheduling cleaners, pest control, pool care, and repair tasks
Managing bills and expenses related to the STR
Damage claims
Review cleaners for quality control
Inventory management tracking
Financial Bookkeeping
Researching new properties for purchase
Ordering supplies and furniture as needed
