The role of Outbound Marketing Executive is central to providing our audience with a caring and proactive support service. The Outbound Marketing Executive must deliver an outbound lead generation program that drives leads and revenue for the business.
The Outbound Marketing Executive will work within the Marketing Team to provide support in the delivery of the internal strategy for HOV.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the B2B Marketing Execs, Content Designer and Digital Content Executives to develop and execute lead nurture programs for B2B sales opportunities, including new prospects, pipeline, and existing clients, that are customized by persona, industry, product and/or triggered events
Help build sales-focused communication materials including
Build insights to provide a relevant, personalized and timely experience that will accelerate potential clients along the sales funnel
Create early stage opportunities within the marketing automation system and track tasks through to sale.
Support Sales and business development reps (BDRs) in pipeline-building within their designated territories leveraging outbound channel tactics.
Optimize
Schedule qualified appointments with prospects and connect them with the appropriate salesperson for further sales consultation.
Follow up with potential leads / customers who expressed interest but did not purchase (longer term nurturing).
Help to maintain database integrity. Import lists and actively manage the database, making sure information is entered accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the Sales and B2B Marketing teams on account targeting and ensure leads are added to the appropriate lead nurture stream.
Follow up on the status of leads and update systems accordingly.
Answer inbound telephone enquiries and ask open questions to qualify potential sales opportunities
Provide regular reporting that summarizes performance across a range of
Maintain good knowledge of products and services sold and keep up to date on industry/market developments.
Be aware of and follow all company procedures and guidelines. Ensure all documented policies and procedures within area of responsibility are maintained in accordance with company requirements.

Bachelors Degree
Key skills/requirement
Good knowledge of lead generation and CRM marketing tools including
Experience building digital and traditional outbound marketing strategy.
Able to commutate an interact with a mix of marketing and sales teams to create effective and strategic marketing campaigns.
A proven track record of achieving sales lead gen and appointment targets
In-depth understanding of the B2B buying process, lead generation, and lead nurturing
Both inbound and outbound calling
