Job Details

We are looking for a Talent Manager focused on YouTube Influencers to help our business development team build and maintain our social media influencer roster.

For this role, you should be a self-driven individual that is looking to go above and beyond to help our company grow. Attention to detail, timely communication and organization are incredibly important. This role also includes commission, which can really add up once you grow your influencer roster.

We are a stable employer and will provide all training. Experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and work hard is essential. Continued learning and loyalty will open opportunities for you to advance in responsibility and compensation.

Time requirement

12am - 9am Philippine Time (1 hour break)
Monday - Friday US TIME
13th Month Included
US Holiday Schedule

Responsibilities

- Find and onboard new influencers into our network
- Become familiar with our brand partners and find new brand partners leveraging LinkedIn & other platforms
- Pitch new talent to our brand partners
- Act as a liaison between brands and influencers
- Pitch talent to our brand partners - Communicate via mainly email and some phone
- Confirm influencers’ interest in working with brand(s) & confirm rate
- Negotiate pricing/rate with brand on behalf of influencer talent
- Field Agreement & Deliverables from brand & pass along to influencer talent
- Responsible for ensuring the influencer delivers content on time according to brand’s campaign schedule
- Communicate clearly with management on tasks
- Attend daily tea ---------- etings within working hours and provide valuable feedback, insights, and ideas


Requirements for consideration
