Qualifications:
•Experience with basic hand, power tools and diagnostic tools
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical or electronic equipment
•Physically able to meet requirements of the job which may include, working in confined spaces, lifting heavy equipment, and bending down frequently.
• Must have a vast technical knowledge on Pumps and Motors
• Preferably earn degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
•Must be a Licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer
•Minimum of one (1) year experience as Service Engineer
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•Make Site inspection to evaluate customer’s specifications and requirements
•Responsible in testing & commissioning, inspection and alignment of the products
• Performed termination and splicing of submersible pumps and motors
• In-charge in resolving customer’s concerns and problems
• Responsible in reporting gathered data and concerns to the Service Manager with pre-analyzation and evaluation of the findings (pump, motor, control, tanks, etc)
•Responsible in testing VFD (Variable Frequency Drive)
•Provide field operations support to customers in accordance to with the terms of the clients contract
•Carry out troubleshooting, repairs and servicing of printing machines, enable hardware and software at customers’ premises to the highest standards
•Prepare reports on technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions
• Report and escalate all observed incidents, irregularities that occur through proper operational escalation points
