I'm Eli and I search for a creative T-Shirt Designer.

The focus is on print on demand products and our goal are long term partnerships with my partners.

We are focusing on the german (you don't need to speak german!) and the US market and you will work with ideas we give to you.

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR:
Full Time Designer for a long business relationship
We need 10 - 20 designs a day, with the potential to increase

Mastering Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Knowledge in Trademark (Don't DO Mickey Mouse, Coca Cola Shirts ... :))
Responsibility
Good English Communication
Communication in the team is very important

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
Monthly Salary + Bonuses (Depending on the work done)
We will pay for each design $1 - 2 with increasing performance of course also gladly more
Long business relationship (at least 1 year or 2)

We will do a little competition for this job.

If you made it to the next round we will send you 3 ideas of t-shirts, you will have to create those 3 ideas (yourself and unique) and send them back to us asap (deadline will be given).
