Our offices are located in NYC but are open to remote candidates who can work EST hours.

We are looking for a competent Recruitment Assistant to help with sourcing and hiring-related tasks.
Responsibilities

Learn the brand’s story, mission, and vision
Understand remote hiring needs & direction
Research and write new job post descriptions
Upload job postings on several job boards
Help with initial applicant assessment – screening of resume and video introduction
Schedule interviews and balance calendars for interviewers and candidates.
Maintain candidate database

Requirements

Proven work experience as Recruitment Assistant, or similar role
Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding
Exceptional sourcing and recruiting skills
Strong knowledge in recruiting, interviewing, and spotting talent
Strong familiarity with Onlinejobsph, LinkedIn, Upwork as tools for sourcing candidates
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
Excellent organizational skills (Organizing and filing documents on shared google drive) and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Great attention to detail
Can work during US daytime hours (9 am to 6 pm EST)
Willing to work at least 40 hours a week
