General Description:
SmartScout, a SaaS company, is seeking Customer Support staff. This will include responding to customer questions and concerns, helping them overcome obstacles, and retaining a positive image of the company in their eyes.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering questions received from customers and website visitors via various text services
Helping customers understand the company’s software better
Issuing refunds
Managing coupons and discounts
Update customer databases
Stay updated on product knowledge
Troubleshoot common issues with a product or service
Possibility for custom onboarding and future growth within the company
Required Qualifications:
Fluent mastery of English written and speaking
Availability on weekends
Openness to learning new skills and software
Competent typing skills
