Social Media and Marketing and Web Designer

We are looking for a Social Media and Marketing Expert including web, social, graphic arts, content creation and marketing effectiveness reporting using the Zoho platform.

We need social media management including creating and posting to Facebook, Instagram, twitter and linked in. Experience in managing SEO and SEM for retail and e-commerce website. Creating graphics and content for email campaign. Good to have knowledge in or be will to learn Zoho Social, Zoho Marketing Hub, Zoho Pagesense and website marketing best practices.

You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily

Email marketing
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts’ design
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Willing to accept task outside the intended position such as data entry on Excel sheet.


REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably with experienced in Adobe Photoshop
At least 6 months experience working in EST time
Reliable internet connection

Good to have Social Media Managing skills:
Proven work experience as a Social media manager/assistant
Hands on experience in content management
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
