You will be involved in the following activities:
1) Responding to tenant maintenance and repairs requests. These may arrive via
2) Organising property repairs and maintenance by liaising with tradespeople, such as: (builders, electricians, plumbers, decorators, gas engineers)
3) Customer service and general administration tasks to assist the company Director.
4) You will represent the company and therefore you must have excellent spoken English, a positive and helpful attitude and have experience working in customer services. There will be instructional videos to watch to show you how we work.)
5) Use online systems to keep accurate records and progress tasks using online software platforms such as: Google Drive, Asana, Arthur online, Google Mail.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
We need someone who is available to work at least one hour per day Mon-Friday. (these hours may increase quite quickly over time as your responsibilities develop and grow)
We need someone who can work at least 5 hours per week.
Ideally you will have a degree in business or relevant subject and/or at least 2 years experience as a customer service agent for a UK or American based company

We need someone who is comfortable with handling messages about customer inquiries and issues that can come in via
You need to be able to pay attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions carefully.
Fluent in spoken and written English (ideally UK English)
You should be self-motivated, accurate and efficient.
Productivity is key- ability to focus and get on with the task at hand.
You should have a positive ‘Can Do’ attitude and enjoy problem solving and getting things done!
You will be expected to contribute to the continual improvement of or the tasks for which you are responsible
Experience with posting social media content - useful but not essential

You will be the first point of contact for many of our tenant customers and agents. You will therefore add value by making a great first impression and making our clients and customers feel heard and cared for.
Doing this will increase the goodwill from our existing and new customers which will lead to repeat business.

PAY AND BENEFITS
Pay rate: $3-5 per hour (depending on experience)
You will get paid every two weeks via bank transfer

Bonuses will be paid for exceptional work
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company
You will be given holiday and sick pay
We pay a 10% end of year bonus in December (pro-rata)
