URGENT HIRING:
Title: Zoho CRM Specialist
Rate: $8-10
Job Type: Full Time - 40 hrs a week

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- Flexible and patient, always have a "can do" attitude
- Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback for the benefit of the team

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Experience with Zoho customization, development & integration.
- Experience using Zoho CRM, Inventory, books, and other Zoho apps.
- Troubleshooting, Diagnosis & Resolution

TASKS:
-Integrate zoho crm with zoho inventory, and zoho books so all 3 modules work cohesively
-Establish best practices for utilizing the zoho one application
-Establishing workflows and standards or entering data in the CRM
-Spotting ways to improve usage of the CRM through automating basic everyday tasks
-Customizing and pulling reports from the CRM
-Analyzing the reports to determine what kind of customer trends the business should respond to
-Writing training manuals and teaching staff on how to use the CRM
-Troubleshooting user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology
-Meeting with teams to help them analyze business trends
