Customer Service Agent Needed For Online Coaching School

Shay Lavister, is a Certified Love Transformer™who helps successful women overcome their fear of settling to attract a fun, loyal, honest man who will love her soul without having to live the life she built alone.

We are looking Looking for 3 staff members to accurately respond to consumer questions, Booking and scheduling, complaints, refund requests, cancellation requests via email, live chat and phone support. We are also looking for this person to call out to welcome new customers and answer phone support on their phone and accurately answer questions and direct consumers to the correct place.

The perfect candidates for this position will be:

*Pleasant in tone
*Willing and eager to help consumers solve issues
*Trusting and dependable
*Ability to follow accurate directions
*Must be computer saveyy
*Required to work on hubstaff with time tracking
*Must speak clear English with ability to articulate their words.
*Must take good direction
*Customer service experience required
*No noisy backgrounds.
