Account Representative for Digital Marketing Agency (US hours)

---------- is a US-based digital marketing agency, specializing in website design, SEO and local small business marketing. We are currently looking for a full-time Account Representative and support person with website design ---------- ndidate Qualifications:

- Availability to work from 9AM-5PM US Eastern Time (UTC?05:00)
- Take customer requests via Phone or Live Chat
- Execute small changes to websites using Wordpress (Elementor)
- Articulate customer requests and assign to the marketing team
- Work directly with customers on account set-up and verification for platforms like Google, Yelp, Facebook etc.

Required Skills:
- Command of the English language
- Wordpress
- Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- MS Office
- Familiarity with Asana

Preferred Skills
- Website design (Wordress/Elementor Builder)
