We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager who will manage our Amazon store. This is an exciting opportunity for you who has previous experience of managing Amazon sites, ideally for a large revenue generating business with a high volume of SKU’s and with proven experience of growing marketplaces sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• LISTING QUALITY / CONTENT
o Ensure all product descriptions, images and video content is loaded and optimized with A+ Content. - Yes
o List items to be sold with accurate description. - Yes on checking
o Inspect and manage FBA inventory
o List inventory to sell
o Maintain listed items for sale on Amazon
o Monitoring and reporting performance of new and existing products.
• SELLER PERFORMANCE
o Monitor seller feedback / product feedback
o Respond to Violations
o Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
• REPORTING / COMPETITIVE RESEARCH
o Monthly dashboard reporting and optimization.
QUALIFICATION & TOOLS & PLATFORM REQUIREMENTS
• AMAZON PLATFORMS
o You must have experience managing Amazon FBA, Stores, Seller Central, Vendor Central, Brand Registry
• HELIUM 10 & JUNGLESCOUT
o Must be highly analytical and be comfortable using various web analytics tools.
• COMMUNICATION
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.
