We are looking for a website developer to support our company in data adding to our website. We want someone knowledgeable for downloading big data of XML, clean and adding to a website, with the connection of each data link from the XML file

Download the big XML data files
Add in new website data-based
XML files or build an interface that utilizes the files
Display the data same in our reference required.

Responsibilities
Using some tools to extract, analyze, and present data to find the logic of each category and understand the tool application capabilities.
Knowledgeable in SQL, Php/ JavaScript for the data platform tools, abstract business problems with data, and write code, but you need to understand logic and relation for each category needed and other basic requirements as follows:
• Be able to identify problems independently and clearly.
• Clarify the scope and make an analysis plan and ideas.
• Proficient in using big data platforms to extract data, understand the structure of XML file, API, ASCII UTF-8 format, MARC 21 format, misc -Obsolete, SPARQL.
• Proficient and correct application of analysis methods, accurate and efficient; project presentation is organized, logical, and clear; put forward suggestions and promote suggestions to be adopted.
• Understand be clear about the data logic between MESH and PubMed articles and outline the data logic diagram to ensure that the relationship is correct.

Target Goal
The goal is to be able to replicate the data, logic, and features on the page below and integrate it with our current system. ----------

Our current system is running on CakePHP and Javascript.
Tasks:
- understand MeSH in XML format
- understand MeSH XML Data Elements
- check and understand MeSH data (XML)
- check to ensure that all the fields are there
- download MeSH data ----------
- import MeSH data to our system
- check ---------- logic and features
- replicate ---------- on our system this is a reference website
- ensure that it will be fast and optimized well (database and code)
