Skip-Tracer and Cold caller

I am looking for a skip tracer to perform the following:
LEAD GENERATING: Find real estate leads from the sources listed below
SKIP-TRACING: Pull skip tracing information from tools listed below
GATHER PROPERTY INFORMATION: do data mining to fill in any missing or incorrect data from those leads
COLD CALLING: make phone calls to negotiate the purchase of property
You must also be able to use google earth to verify land is not vacant or building demolished
can work approximately 8 hours per week to start
Potential long term opportunity for responding to emails or texts from sellers.
ALSO MUST BE RESPONSIVE, RELIABLE, MOTIVATED, honest, and a quick-learner who can follow directions well.
Also, detail-oriented, self-managed, pro-active and a good communicator.

Responsible for collecting data for the following real estate lead sources. This data is public records and recorded online. This data needs to be collected weekly in Google Sheets:

Probates
Evictions
Foreclosure Auction sites
Tax Deed Auction sites


Data collected includes:

Owner name
owner address
owner phone number
property address
Square Footage
Number bedrooms/bathrooms
Estimated market value
Other property details and links to sources

Experience
Experience skip tracing probate lists and pre-probate lists to find the close relative's phones numbers and personal representative's phone numbers.
Applicants must have cold calling skills and understand the Do's and Don'ts of cold calling.
This role is perfect for someone who has done this many times before and knows some of the tricks to securing accurate Upgrade to see actual info's also perfect for someone comfortable with making cold phone calls.

Must have the following tools:
access to TLO and similar skip tracing sites is a must.
Must be fluent in English (both written & oral)
Experience in real estate, marketing, skip tracing, and cold calling required.
