Real Estate Cold Caller

• Proficiency in English is required
• At least 2 years of real estate cold calling
• Must be able to deal with negative calls.
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Knowledge of Microsoft word excel
• Must have your own working laptop / desktop computer – with at least I3 processor.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Amazing attitude – cheerful and confident
• Ability to work with multiple platforms of technology.
• You must be comfortable with data entry and have some knowledge on how to use all
tools like Freedomsoft, Podio, CallTools, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft
Excel, Google Drive, Call Rail, BatchDailer, Mailchimp, Craigslist, Zillow and E-mail.
• Positive Attitude/Teachable - People who will excel in this position are coach-able and
open to constructive criticism to get better quickly.
Reliable - Need to be able to consistently show up to work
