Our marketing company Property Cash Outs LLC ( ---------- ), is currently looking to hire a freelancer to help us build/improve 2 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Scorecards based on older versions of scorecards for our real estate investment firm. This position can help you work with our company on future data-oriented projects based on the quality of your work.

Job Description:
You will help us develop two new Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scorecards in Google Sheets for our real estate inside sales team and our overall company. The two new scorecards will be based on existing Google Sheet scorecards that the company currently has. You will help us improve our existing scorecards and develop a way for our two new scorecards to send data to each other.

Responsibilities:
* Creating/updating two new Google Sheets to reflect company KPI's.
* Identifying ways to track our key metrics for our company operations within our scorecards.
* Create custom Google Sheet formulas and charts based on KPI's.
* Sync both Google Sheets to communicate data with each other.

Experience (Preferred but not required):
* Data entry and Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel development for the real estate industry.
