English Writer For Youtube Videos

I am seeking for an English Writer to do the description paragraph and timestamps for my YouTube channels, see sample here (for real estate) ---------- and another one here (for food supplement)

Seeking a hire:
1) With Better English Writing Skills Than On Those 2 Videos
2) Some Knowledge In SEO-Friendly Writing
3) Perfect Grammar And Spelling
4) Available On Weekends And For Part Time Work

I will be assigning videos twice per week, most commonly near the end of the week as I publish videos on Monday-Tuesday typically.

When submitting writeups, I need right above the timestamps to say:

and that the first entree is
00:00 Intro

Following that (for the timestamps only), I want the first letter of each word to be a capital letter. Please study the videos on my page.

The goal with the introductory paragraph, is to key-word stuff some seo friendly search terms that would be good for the video, and have an engaging first paragraph. Remember that the first 2 lines are the most visible and therefore the most important in capturing viewer interest.

This video would be the first assignment, and videos are usually paid at 5 cad each.
