SPORTSBOOK AGENT

Qualifications:
Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Filipino.
Ability to understand and speak basic Korean is a plus.
Amenable to work in Hann Casino Resort, Clark Pampanga.
At least 1 year of Sportsbook and Casino work experience is an advantage.
Extensive sports knowledge.
Proficient cash-handling skills.
Basic Math and Computer skills.
Proficient in MS Office. Excel knowledge is a must.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong professional maturity, integrity, and commitment.
Must be flexible in days and hours worked including weekends and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists and attends to the customer's needs.
Provide information and assistance to customers in a friendly, courteous manner to ensure the delivery of guest service. Offer information on activities, etc., and direct guests for further information as necessary.
To take in charge the responsibilities in the absence of Team Leader.
Answer inquiries about company's products or ---------- liver information about company's offerings.
Provide proactive customer service.
Handle customer complaints.
