Chief Finance Officer

We are Social Marketing 180 and we are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency based in the USA. We specialize in booking appointments for our health, beauty & wellness clients.
With our exponential growth, we are now looking for a Chief Finance Officer who will be responsible for the planning, implementation, managing, and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

We help those in the health, beauty & wellness industry, primarily Cryotherapy and Medspa owners, grow their business through lead generation and appointment booking. This proven growth has helped our clients expand their hours, hire a larger team and ultimately fulfill their goals.

Responsibilities:
-Leading, Managing, and Accountability
-Providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team
-Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals are maintained and/or improved
-Find areas wherein the company could save money by looking at the books
-Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team
-Manage and improve the payroll system of the company, the timesheets, and improve compensation and benefits structure
-Review all procedures done by the company to see where we can improve financially
-Developing, tracking, and controlling the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations
-Making executive decisions regarding our company’s technological needs
-Manage and improve our business credit
-Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
-Manage, improve, and implement accounts receivable and payable processes
-Manage, improve, and implement human resource processes

Skills and Qualifications:
-5-10 years experience in Finance and Accounting
-Worked with bigger brands with a team of at least 100
-Must have previous profit-first-company experience
-Must have digital marketing experience to understand the business and how it operates
-Must have experience working with Quickbooks, Square, and Stripe
-Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
-Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
-Must have experience working with US-based companies
-Must be knowledgeable with accounting policies for US-based companies

KPI and Outcomes:
-An improved payroll system
-Implemented Profit-first structure
-Profit and Loss statements
-Better management of AR/AP
-Financial reporting and forecasting

Compensation:

Your salary will be $2000 - $2500 depending on your experience. We are very generous in giving out incentives to employees who always portray our core values.
We are looking for a full-time employee who could work on a Pacific Standard Time schedule.
