Position: Social Media Marketing Specialist
Deadline: 14 business days per milestone.
Payment: $35.00 for every milestone completed.

This job will be a great fit for you if:

- Build new relationships with potential businesses and brands daily.
- Initiate conversations, introduce our business, and interact with our target audience.
- Participate in ‘Groups’ or ‘Boards’, ‘Add’ new relevant users to become friends in our network.
Focus:
We'll be focusing on top social media platforms & direct mail.
Social networks include the likes of: Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin
For direct mail, we'll contact from our business/brands contact email which you'll have to look for.
*** Requirements ***
Post/contact 300 different businesses, independent professionals and potential clients that may be interested in our video filming & production service.
Note: Your written comments should be meaningful and contextually relevant. A training guide along with templates will be provided. Each comment should be 2-3 sentences long. This is how real meaningful conversations are initiated.
We’re NOT posting one-liners like “Hi! I like what you’ve posted here, keep them coming!”
*** Payment (Unlocking a Milestone) ***
Whenever you submit an email, send a private message, or submit to website forums or blog, it'll count as *one post complete*
In other words, 300 posts will be required to complete a milestone.
Each milestone payment is $35.00
*** Reporting ***
You will be expected to record everything to an excel sheet – which you will also submit before unlocking your milestone payment.
You should provide a weekly report of what you accomplished, and record URL profiles of everyone you interacted with.
Skill Requirements:
Fluent in English. Strong verbal command.
Solid experience with navigating each mentioned social media networks.
Strong communication skills. Must be good with people!
Social and cheerful personality – which will reflecting your writing.
Team spirited, self-motivated, punctual.
Must enjoy learning, writing, and again, making connections.
Quick Communications. For prompt communications and workflow, you should be reachable via Skype. You should also have standards broadband internet.
Repeat milestones will be created if the first gig is completed successfully.
Important: You should take initiative to conduct research if any necessary. For e.g how to promote effectively on each respective social networks. Facebook and Instagram; how to join new online communities and groups where our client base will exist.
