Compile list of local independent businesses

The job would be completed by visiting sites like, tripadvisor, google maps, etc. to find local businesses in my local area. These businesses will have to be independent and not owned by a large corporation or be a franchise store.

What needs to be collected? Name of business, email and phone number
How many businesses need to be sourced? I am looking for around 1000
How much do you pay? $4-$6 US an hour dependent on skillset.

Worker must have great english and must not make mistakes.
