We are looking for a virtual assistant to help us manage our Amazon FBA shipments, warehouses and supply chain for our stock.

Roles:

Re-stock based on software and spreadsheets
Re-ordering stock from suppliers in China
Shipping - arranging shipping with our shipping partners, couriers and agents
Booking in shipments into warehouses
Managing HS Codes
Working out weeks of cover for stock against sales velocity
Warehouse Invoice Breakdowns
Re-work and labour warehouse management
Spreadsheets
Sourcing goods from factories
Claims through Amazon
Amazon FBA and logistics
