Lexar Investments Group is hiring a part time Real Estate Virtual Assistant | Cold Caller

We are a real estate acquisitions company based out of Miami, USA with our focus in residential real estate.

Our company is seeking Real Estate Virtual Assistant | Cold Caller who can work efficiently in a virtual environment under strict productivity and daily productivity expectations. This Job will start Part time with opportunity to go full time.

The ideal candidate will have prior "working from home" experience and be extremely well spoken + fluent in the English language both verbal and written.

Requirements :

• Prior sales and customer service experience + skills are required.
• A strong internet connection and reliable computer.
• No distractions whatsoever + controlled environment to ensure maximum productivity & efficiency.
• Fluent in advanced English language (Both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication skills especially on the phones.
• 100% comfortable with speaking to potential sellers, etc on a daily basis. This is mandatory!
• Responsible, Punctual, and Committed.
• Willing to learn and train on a daily basis.
• Must be disciplined & able to commit to our working schedule of M-F 9 AM - 1 PM EST?.
• Willing to undergo 10 days non-paid training period in order to gain full-time long term guaranteed employment.

Pay: $140 Paid Bi-weekly + ---------- mission ranges from $200 - $400

Job Types: Part time, with opportunity to go full time - Permanent
