Job Description:
We use ClickUp as our PM tool of choice and have built it out to match our needs and workflow. We would need you to come in with a strong understanding of PM and Marketing and understand our processes as you will be maintaining these inside ClickUp on a daily basis.
You enjoy putting in the work and seeing the progress of things moving from Start to Finish. We communicate through Slack and expect you to have strong communication skills while also being thoughtful about your approach and tone. We are all people at the end of the day and should be treated with respect.
As a Project Manager, you need to know how to get along with just about anyone you meet, lead every part of our team – from the copywriters to the technical experts – to make sure we hit our deadlines and deliver excellent results.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders (tea
Updating & maintaining all project deliverables inside ClickUp.
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule.
Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients. We maintain and update these documents inside ClickUp. Everything lives in ClickUp
Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Qualities:
Project managers are great notetakers and comfortable conversationalists. You should be very detailed oriented so once you finish reading this job description please add the word sauce at the beginning of your proposal. You’ll need terrific time management skills to ensure we are hitting our deadlines and keeping stakeholders accountable and updated when things are getting close to becoming overdue.
You should be fluent in English (and bi-lingual in Spanish is also a plus as we are learning Spanish and have Spanish-speaking clients as well). Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also crucial.
Required Skills and Experience:
1.5+ years of project management
Knowledge of marketing & digital advertising
Experience with software like Slack, Zoom, Whatsapp, ClickUp, etc.
ClickUp specific knowledge is most preferred, but not required.
