Full Time
$500/month
TBD
May 24, 2016
My name is Rich and I am a affiliate marketer. I am looking for a full-time employee to help me manage my campaigns. We use voluum for tracking, and I need the following from the desired candidate:
1) Full-time 40 hours a week self starter
2) Strong HTML skills
3) Strong English fluency - during training, you will be working with me on a daily basis. When 100% proficient, you and I will chat a few times a week on updates
4) I am offering $250 to train with me for 2 weeks. After that, we will know if this is a right fit. Please consider the 2 weeks a "trial period". After that, if I hire you, I will start you off at $500/month until you are 100% proficient. It depends on the person, I have trained people in 2 weeks and others have taken up to 2 months, depending on your learning curve, proficiency with web technologies, and ambition to learn.
I will teach you how to:
1) run profitable campaigns
2) how to optimize them
3) once you're 100%, I will share 5% of profits with you for all the campaigns you manage
This is an invaluable skill-set, and I'm looking for someone who is ambitious and willing to solve problems and take initiative. If you do well and are naturally an A player, your profit sharing will easily exceed your monthly salary goals.
Please answer to following questions in your application:
1. Do you work with or at an agency? (I am only looking for individuals, not agencies)
2. How are your HTML skills? Please be specific. Can you code a page from scratch? Do you design your own websites
3. Can you get on Skype regularly to work with me as your coach, 1 on 1?
4. Do you understand that this is a 2 week trial period where we test to see if we can work together? After this period, I may not hire you. Ideally I am looking for people I want to hire, but there is a possibility it will not work out.
5. What are 2 of the best reasons for me to hire you versus other candidates? Please be specific.
6. Which one of these programs do you have adequate knowledge using?
- Voluum
-Dreamweaver
-FTP software (cyberduck)
-Basecamp
-Skype
Thank you,
Rich
