JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a Marketing Wizard that understands what real marketing consists!

Skills Required:

- Great english writing and speaking skills.
- Understand Google Ads (Search, SEO, Youtube, Display, RSLA, Retargeting Display Ads)
- Understand Facebook Ads (KPI, Creative Testing, Copy Testing, Bid Strategies and when to use each strategy)
- Understand Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager (How to read Google Analytics, How to see if there's a break or flaw in the funnel through google analytics, How to use Gtag Manager)
- Understand Lead structures and funnels of Lead Campaigns and Conversion Campaigns
- Understand The importance of Creative & Copy
- Understand how to read and interpret data based on each platform
- Understand Email Marketing & the use of Active Campaign or something similar
- Understand different types of Landing page structures, what the optimal structure should look like, and how it relates to the funnel
- Understand UTM Tracking
- Understand Influencer Marketing and what it takes
- Understand the difference and how to conduct a Market Research Against Competition, Industry & Consumers to identify different Unique value propositions and difference Consumer Avatars.

This is a serious job, the pay may start low but as i trust you, and as you advance i will increase your pay.

You will be one of the first Virtual assistants so your job will consist of doing a variety of different marketing jobs as well as personal V.A jobs...

The goal here is to find someone that has knowledge in the industry, the would like to grow within the company and eventually become the team manager overseeing everything, so there is a lot of room to grow.

Your first job as a marketing manager is to assist me in hiring a team!

This is a fun position for the right person, you will get the full experience of growing with a start-up company and learn a lot!

I am also willing to invest my time and money in creating and buying courses for you and the team we hire together to better teach you how to do the job, but you must be extremely honest with me about your experience and what you ---------- the future we may even grow to rent an office at the Philippines and you manage it.

Please do not forget this is a long term job, the pay is low but it will increase overtime, and we are happy to teach you the things you don't know or have not mastered yet! you just need to be committed.
