Product designer for early stage SAAS startup

Are you a designer who's just as comfortable wire-framing and prototyping as you are producing beautiful interfaces and design systems? We're looking for our first designer to join Testifi, take ownership, and drive the design direction in an early stage startup with a mission to supercharge testimonials for businesses.
 
You must have a keen eye for detail and the drive to design exceptional experiences and interactions.
 
The work varies from basic testing, research and product design to website and email design.
 
• What will you be expected to do at Testifi?
Break down the needs of users, and the requirements from the product team into clearly defined user-flows, screen flows and wireframes.
Create clear design solutions based on user-insights and research.
Build working prototypes and facilitate user testing.
Build mobile-first responsive wireframes and then implement the UI design across all ---------- sign and construct a consistent digital design system.
Provide the insight and input to enable world-class products to be designed.
Support our engineering effort from ideation to testing and deployment, ensuring a high-quality finished product.
 
• What traits are we looking for?   
Adaptability: You're accustomed to working across multiple platforms (web and mobile) with the experience to prove it.
You have 3+ years in a similar role as a product designer.
A tireless work ethic.
Ability to project manage and prioritise your own workload to strict deadlines.
You are results-driven and can interpret data and business objectives.
You're highly organised with amazing documentation skills and attention to detail.
You’re a great communicator.
A friendly, flexible personality.

• Additional desired skills (Not must haves):   
Experience in wire-framing and prototyping in Figma.
Ability to run simple design workshops with the team.
Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of front-end design and development systems.
Familiarity with a project management tool like jira, or clickup, and slack.
Thrives in presenting solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
