Role details:

Your role would be split testing two different versions of client websites (and ours too!) and be able to base the effectiveness of your designs based on the number of conversions each version gets. We're probably also looking to make everything that we have look a lot more professional instead of thrown together by me (the reason why our site might be confusing or poor), and also potentially putting together infographics

Even if you don't know much about conversion rate optimization oriented design, if you're a great designer and you just read about conversion rate optimization you'd be able to pick it up pretty quickly.

***These wouldn't require any code but you might need to work within the constraints of Wordpress/Leadpages/Clickfunnels for our clients.

***If you can do front end development/coding that is definitely a plus!

Additional Details:
Starting time commitment: 10 hrs/week
Full time salary: $500 USD/month (Negotiable - let's talk about this)
Time tracked through Teamwork (our management tool) and paid through Paypal every 2 weeks

Benefits:
The position is work from home - so you don't have to deal with the traffic or losing a lot of time going to work.
You also won't have the same taxes since your income will be coming from online
We just need to agree on specific working hours but I'm flexible on the time frame you want to work in.

We’ll begin working together for a trial period of 3 weeks for 10 hrs/week. If we like working together then that is when we’ll give you the option to join us full time. For now I'm open to you working evenings or weekends to fulfill the hours.
