Real Estate Cold Caller VA

The Friendly Investors is a real estate investment company in the USA. We are looking to hire an ENGLISH SPEAKING ROCK STAR who is proficient on REISIFT!!!

We focus on 'wholesaling' which means finding motivated property & land owners who are looking to sell at a discounted price and then we sell the contract to real estate investors and real estate builders in our network.

The duties of this position would be to call and prequalify the leads by reading the script and asking the prequalifying questions, and then taking notes and updating REISift.

Cold calling/BPO experience is a MUST & real estate experience is even better!

IF YOU HAVE USED REISIFT & KNOW THE SENSEI FLOW PROCESS. THIS IS EXTREMELY VALUABLE, PLEASE MENTION IN YOUR RECORDING.

Requirements:
-Proficient in speaking and writing in English
-Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
-Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
-Excellent communication skills
-Team Orientated and Capable Leader
-Positive, Persistent and results-oriented
-Patient and able to handle customer rejection


Preferred: Experience with ReiSift OR ReiReply or Mojo
