Content Management Specialist

I'm looking for someone for a part time (20 hours per week) to upload content from documents into WordPress websites (There is high possibility to later on increase hours to full time - 40 hours per week).
Once uploaded, they must format the content as per precise specifications including the following:
• image formatting
• headings
• links
• videos
• Minor grammar edits
Requirements for job:
• Stable internet connection
• Experience working in WordPress
• Experience optimizing images for web
• Can work 20 hours per week for a start
• Attention to detail and able to work efficiently.
• Can read and write in English
• Payment is via Paypal so you must have operational Paypal account or via EasyPay (onlinejobs.ph)
Start date: Immediately

Please write out your experience handling, uploading and formatting content and/or your experience working in WordPress. I base part of my decision on what you write. You can attach cover letter and resume, but I prefer you just write out in detail why your experience and skills make you able to perform this job.
Pay:
$250 USD per month for 20 hours per week (i.e. 80 hours per month). If you don't work 20 hours per week, your pay is prorated. I pay on the 15th and last day of the month. You must submit a detailed invoice and then I pay within 48 hours (sometimes a bit longer if on a weekend).
