Cold Calling Agent

We are looking for an individual to work 25-30 hours a week making cold calls to notify individuals of lost or forgotten assets and sell our service of retrieving such assets. The pay rate starts at $5 an hour. As time goes on, manager positions will become available. If you are interested, please do not directly message me. Interview process
Interviews, over Skype. You will receive an email to confirm your schedule. You can expect the interview to last 30 min. Regardless of the outcome, you will receive an email once the interviews have ended and we have picked a candidate.

Basic Requirements
• Deep understanding of English, both verbal and written.
• Modern Desktop or laptop computer
• A stable, reliable source of WiFi (preferred wired)
• Quiet office
• Experience making cold calls and or in sales.
• Beginner experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Training
• A month-long training course on….
o Sales
o Laws
o Systems
• Expected to read one E book
• Expected to pass a 40-question tested based on curriculum found in the training course

Major tasks
• Make cold calls to potential clients
• Use skip tracing software to locate contact information of potential clients
• Send out emails with custom attachments.
• Record all encounters in a CRM software
• Perform follow up calls and record all encounters
• Reschedule follow up calls with the help of a CRM software

Cold calling specialist goals/expectations
• Call and follow up with contacts
• Input successful contacts into CRM with a detailed description of the message left or conversation had.
• Leave a detailed description of what follow up phone call was like
• Schedule follow up calls

Availability
• Must be available 5 hours a day 5 days a week during 9:00AM to 2:00 PM US PST time to make and take calls.

Pay
• You can expect to be paid $5 an hour.
• Hourly wage is paid twice a month on the 15th and 30th
