Job Description

As a Paid Media Specialist for Right Turn Recruiting, you’ll be tasked to manage the Lead Volume, Ad Spend, and Average Cost per Lead for our clients Facebook ---------- addition, you must speak English with professional fluency. You’ll need to have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with our Internal Design team to ensure Ads are regularly optimized and updated with new content.


Responsibilities:

-Plan, create, and manage paid Facebook campaigns and strategy to drive results for our lead generation clients.
-Write creative copy for ads
-Analyze data to continuously optimize campaigns and find new opportunities for best results.
-Track, manage, and regularly report on specific KPI’s by maintaining a daily report on current results and campaign performance.
-Submit design requests directly to design team to regularly test new creative for campaigns that are starting to underperform based on current KPI’s.
-Create and test new Facebook audiences.
-Create new Facebook forms for specified client campaigns.
-Stay up to date on current trends and changes within the paid media landscape

Qualifications:

-Must have an excellent fluency in English (both speaking & writing).
-2-3 years of minimum experience working with Facebook Paid media lead generation campaigns
-Experience using Mobile Monkey or other related automation chatbot services are encouraged but not required
-Facebook reporting insights for monthly reports
-Strong Experience using Google Sheets and Docs
-Demonstrated experience managing large monthly media budgets.
-Conversion tracking and optimization experience
