JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview
This role supports the Franchise Partner Account Management Team with administrational
duties in order to provide exceptional customer service levels to our local trading partners.
The role includes scheduled admin-based tasks to support systems set up and Google Drive
administration, and also supporting the planning and logging of support calls, CRM tickets and
logging meeting agendas on behalf of customer facing Account Managers.
Responsibilities and Duties

HQ Support Administration
Administering tickets submitted to the company Partner Portal to ensure resolution is
provided in accordance with agreed resolution times.
Monitoring progressing tickets to ensure correct statuses have been assigned and every
query is being effectively resolved.
Reporting abnormalities/ breach of company processes that have been observed.
Taking note of trends appearing within HQ support tickets and identifying potential knowledge
gaps.
Administering Partner’s Accounts
Assisting Franchise Coordinator with setting up new Partners on all required Upgrade to see actual infotting up Google Drive folders, subfolders and adding relevant templates in accordance with
company SOPs.
Taking responsibility for arranging meetings with the Partner Account Manager.
Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information and Upgrade to see actual inforrying out audits of Partners Accounts and systems
Providing administrative assistance to Partner Account Managers and Franchise

Upgrade to see actual infondidate RequirementsThe successful candidate will have sufficient and relevant experience in carrying out
administrative duties.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced English language proficiency, both written and Upgrade to see actual infomonstrate high levels of resilience, self-motivation, and flexibility.
Experience in using Google Workspace to follow established processes and effectively support
administrative tasks.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
