Melbourne based, and in one of the most “design” spaces, we will provide you with all the tools necessary to smash your targets and to show your colleagues “how it’s done”. You call out, you don’t wait for the call to come to you.
Your role will require:
maintaining consistent call targets
working with call scripts and constantly improving them
expanding existing customer base
extracting value out of current customers by active listening
generate and manage orders by liaising closely with procurement and logistics
The ability to work to tight deadlines and agreed KPIs
The ability to identify and solve problems as they arise
Hard working and focused mentality
You will have:
Experience in a similar role, industry is not particularly important, although a focus on the building industry would help
Fantastic interpersonal skills, and an amazing phone manner. Being genuine is an absolute must.
