We're looking to hire a fitness business assistant to help communicate with our members, improve customer experience and work towards a more efficient weekly schedule.
We are a new fitness facility that specialises in group training in Windsor. We currently have around 93 members with the goal of reaching 196 by the end of 2022. Due to the workload of coaching clients in our workouts, we need a smoother system behind the scenes to ensure us as coaches focus on the workouts, and we have our virtual assistant there to keep communication efficient and our experience on track.

The role of the virtual assistant will include the following
· Updating and maintaining our Website
· Onboarding our members and guiding them the first 30 days with us
· Updating our monthly recipe and nutrition guides
· Adding content to our membership site
·
· Replying to client questions and queries
· Organising events and the timeline leading up to them
· Managing the rota with coaches time off requests
· Scheduling Social Media Posts
· Not so often: Create powerpoints / Keynotes from google docs (using our templates)
Candidates must be proficient, or be willing to learn the following:
· Active Campaign (our CRM system)
· Monday.com (Lead and Client Tracking)
· Keynote/Powerpoint
· Google Drive
· Notion (for systems and processes)
The starting hours per week would be 5-10 and as we grow as a business, we'll be looking to increase that to 30-40 hours per week.
