Senior Software Engineer (Full-time Permanent)

About Qinta PH:
Qinta PH is a company providing technical professional services to its clients. Our client is a fintech startup. Their mission is to democratize wealth-building solutions for everyone. They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can develop world class fintech solutions, and spearhead efforts to set up the technical infrastructure and processes required to deliver robust and secure fintech applications and other relevant systems. You will be their first software engineer and you will partner with the startup co-founders to build and launch financial products to market.
Responsibilities:
? Partner with co-founders and cross-functional teams to build world class fintech solutions and other relevant systems.
? Build, test and deploy web-based fintech solutions, bug fixes, experiments and other relevant system solutions.
? Promote scalability and reliability across all aspects of systems by advocating continuous improvement of coding standards and other tech-related processes such as writing automated-tests.
? Setup technical infrastructure required to deliver secure and robust system solutions such as version control of software, back-ups, deployment cycle, and etc.
? Create and optimize tech-related processes in software development, deployment, testing, and product launch.
? Partner with co-founders and product managers to plan the projects and create detailed tasks and timelines for any project at hand.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and other relevant technical degrees.
? At least 3 years experience of building mobile-responsive web-based applications using common web technologies such as Javascript, HTML5, ReactJS, CSS3, NGINX, PostgresSQL and etc.
? Has a solid experience of setting up infrastructure required to start building, testing and deploying secure and robust applications and systems.
? Has experience with building systems from scratch with little to no supervision.
? Experience building payment solutions and crypto apps is a plus.
? Experience writing automated-testing.
? Willing to learn new technologies such as coding on blockchain networks.
