CTO for Website Development & Digital Marketing Company

Main responsibilities include:
Managing our team of contractor developers
Main point of contact for our team when it comes to development issues
Must be as expert CSS developer (Ideally fluent in other development languages)
Must be familiar with working on multiple platforms (Wordpress, Clickfunnels, Kajabi, Kartra, Shopify, Webflow + more)
Must have experience developing and implementing SOPs to imorove efficiency and performance of our team
Must be able to identify and mitigate issues that arise on the team
Must be available to work across a wide time-frame and UK/US hours
**Experience working in a web development company and/or a marketing agency will be beneficial.
