Architect/ REVIT Drafter

Residential architectural firm Seeking a motivated individual with experience in architecture, engineering, construction. Preferably with some previous experience working with a California based firm as familiarity with local building codes. REVIT experience is a ---------- dividual would need to be able to handle all aspects of preparing construction documents as needed, from floor plans, sections, elevations, roof plans, site plans.

Ability to prepare models in both Revit or Autocad.
Ability to assist with construction take-offs and price estimates based on plans a plus.
Must be detail-oriented and thorough with work.
