Technical Support & Sales Assistant - Full Time

We are a small software company seeking an experienced tier 1 technical support representative and also sales assistant. Starting off the position will be about 50/50 for support and sales.

This integral team member will get to talk to many of our great customers and also be the first touch with many potential customers so its a position of high importance.

This is a full time, salaried position where we seek an employee that seeks a stable work environment where they can bring a great skill set, contribute to our continued success and also learn more about our industry and make the position better.


Job Details:

Technical Support:
We receive 5 to 10 phone calls per day from existing and potential customers. Instead of letting them go to a voicemail we would like a team member (You!) to answer the calls and provide an exceptional level of customer support including troubleshooting technical problems, responding to sales inquiries and overall making sure the caller has the best experience with our company.


Sales Assistant:
You can’t always wait on the customers to find you! Sometimes we have to go and find them. When you are not helping customers on the phone you will be responsible for locating potential customers within our target industries by searching the internet and then using software tools we have to find them on LinkedIn. The sales side won’t require any phone calls or solicitations unless that is something you feel comfortable with and wish to do.

The Perfect candidate will -
have 3 years experience in technical support
be Fluent in spoken and written english
possess a great positive and upbeat personality
have Strong enough internet connection to handle phone calls
be Proficient with different kinds of softwares

Hours:
Full time from 11am to 7pm Central time.
