We are a Digital Marketing Agency looking for a media buyer in the car/auto niche with previous experience and results. We are looking for an expert in Lead Generation on Google Ads & Facebook Ads to manage the accounts for the automotive clients. Clients signed will be 80% Google and 20?cebook so there is a heavier emphasis on Google Ads for lead generation.

Job Description

The Digital Advertising Specialist will manage advertising campaigns for our auto dealer customers. The Digital Marketing Specialist will conduct a thorough consultative review of the customer’s digital marketing performance and provide solid, actionable insights.

To summarize, we need someone to generate leads/appointments for our clients through Facebook ads, Google ads through various sales funnels and lead generation techniques. Someone that understands how to leverage digital ads to increase used car inventory and also to sell used and new car inventories.

- Manage accounts through the life-cycle starting with on-boarding to regular day to day account management
- Assist in generating monthly client "game plans" (that is what we call our client proposals)
- Help our data team generate monthly reports
- Identify and suggest sales opportunities to the sales team
- Respond to customer requests and communications in a timely manner, based on SLAs set by the company
- Maintain a customer retention rate that is deemed acceptable by the company
- Act as a true consultant by understanding the client's core goals
- Plan advertising strategy on a monthly and quarterly basis with clients
- Execute and present results of key initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance a client's advertising portfolio
- Ensure that accounts meet client defined budget and metric goals
- Optimize accounts on a regular basis based on best practices outlined by the company
- Deploy A/B testing and CRO tactics to improve account performance
- Design a collection of graphic for the ads
- Copywriting for ads
- Send ads to client prior to posting for confirmation
- Build out ads through Facebook Ads manager including, Targeting Demographics, location interests etc etc -weekly analysis and optimization. And also, Google Ads
- Collect and analyze data for all campaigns, identify trends and insights to assist in achieving digital marketing goals for Reach, Engagement, and Conversion.
- Generate reporting and leverage data to draw insights and optimization of campaigns
- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance.
- Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously
- Run PPC advertising campaigns across Google and Social channels

Requirements:

- Must match company culture; we're big on positive energy, growth mindset and outlook

- Must have extensive experience with Lead Gen Google Ads/Facebook Ads and have recent case studies/results to show as proof

- Must speak fluent English ; able to converse with clients

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience with Tier 3 and/or Tier 2 automotive marketing
2+ years of working with and managing digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and
Knowledge of Google Analytics or other bid optimization tools
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
Prior Customer Service Experience
Experience managing a campaign
Google Analytics Certification
Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and Bing Ads Certifications
Experience as a PPC analyst
Prior experience with bid management software such as Kenshoo, Marin, Doubleclick, Searchforce or Acquisio
Project management experience
Automotive marketing / automotive internet sales experience
Prior experience with digital marketing agencies
Proficiency with Google Suite, Google Docs, and other basic online applications
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
Strong math and analytical skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Sufficient in producing well thought out ad copy
Self-motivated & goal-oriented
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once
Creating simple sales funnels / landing pages
Setting up a messenger bot
Writing ad copy that is very effective, with the correct grammar and ability to convert leads into customers
