General VA with expertise in Instagram and Shopify

An new eCommerce brand is looking for a full-time VA

Responsibilities and requirements:
- Initial set up and growth of 10 interest based accounts regarding sleep and health/fitness on Instagram and Tiktok, curating viral content from both platforms to repost and then scheduling 3 posts per day on each platform. Liking and commenting. This is where I imagine the bulk of your time will be spent initially.
- Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email flows/templates, social media, and promotional artwork.
- Influencer outreach and set up of affiliate program with the influencers for the marketing of a sleep based supplement.
- Management of competitions
- Be available for video calls, and communicate when needed,
- Experience in email/phone customer support is REQUIRED,
- Flexible schedule,
- Experience with e-commerce and Shopify is REQUIRED.
- Experience in creating Shopify product pages.
- Fluent written and spoken English and excellent communication skills are REQUIRED,
- Knowledge in managing social media pages (page moderation, responding to comments, liking, etc.) is REQUIRED.
- Knowledge in growing social media pages and curating content is REQUIRED
- Friendly and approachable personality.


Advantages:
- Knowledge in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop and other photo or video-editing software,
- Experience with email marketing (Klaviyo, etc.),
- Knowledge in managing social media pages (page moderation, responding to comments, liking, etc.).
- Bookkeeping/Accounting.
- Knowledge of project management software (Clickup/Monday/etc)
- Knowledge of Zendesk or similar
