Eveready Express is a well-established leader in trucking, courier, logistics, and distribution. Founded in 1984, we pride ourselves on Honesty, Integrity, and Mutual Respect.

Our growing team includes eight virtual members currently, in addition to six staffed on site in USA

We are looking for an I.T. Support Team or an individual professional on a Contractual or part-time basis

Qualifications:
- Certified/associates/bachelor’s degree in IT programming, including but not limited to CRM development/maintenance/management.
- Knowledge of in-house, home-based, call center set up – VOIP phones (OnSip, Ecourier, One drive, DAT)
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Training Skills.
- Available to work within EST hours.

Your Responsibilities:
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot user desktop workstations.
• Recognize malware symptoms and resolve them.
• Understand and resolve issues when it comes to tools such as CRM/CMS, VOIP or Softphone, Office 365, Outlook, VPN, DAT Boards
• Create backups of files and data as necessary.
• Conduct and or assist in training the staff on how to use systems.
• Provide reports to manager of any system issues and how it was resolved.
• Keep data files secure from a breach, a duplication, etc.
• Tool Set up, configuration, and update.
