TECHNICAL RECRUITER

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and hire technical experts to fill IT positions. Build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled talents. The responsibilities should include all aspects of hiring, fro ---------- eting with hiring managers, to writing job descriptions, to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. To be successful in this position, the technical recruiter should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and technical requirements.
Write technical job descriptions and post job ads to relevant media platforms.
Screen/shortlist applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Arrange interview schedules.
Endorse the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
Offer job positions and prepare the onboarding documents.
Keep track of all applications and inform all the applicants about their application statuses.
FIll our current hiring: Scrum Master/ Project Manager, jQuery/Angular JS/Cold Fusion Developer, .NET Engineer/Developer, and Project Manager / Developer.

Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or relevant studies.
At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
