JOB OVERVIEW

Bookkeeping requirements using Odoo ERP system
- Reconciling bank, PayPal and credit card statements
- Creating vendor bills and invoices and maitaining general ledgers
- Ensuring the bills are paid on time
- Preparing balance sheets or P&L accounts
- Preparing and sending invoices to customers
- Maintaining financial data in your chosen software application
- Entering payables and receivables
- Sales tax reporting and submission
- Helping to create year-end reports

Virtual assistance requirement:
- Creating sale orders on Odoo ERP system and our warehouse system (From sales received on our website, ebay Store etc.).
- Responding to customer's queries via LiveChat, Email or Phone.
- Booking shipments with courriers. Following up shipments and making and following up over-charge disputes.
- Other related tasks

Job requirement
- The applicant should be able to work from 9am to 5p ---------- lbroune, Australia time (GMT +11)
- Past experience with Odoo accounting and ERP system is an advantage.
