Animal Therapeutics requires an Admin Manager that has analytical and strategic mindset and is willing to “roll up one’s sleeves” to get the job done! You will use a multitude of platforms to oversee all back of house systems and processes, while also managing customer enquiries, processing of online sales, data entry and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction by providing product information to our clients.

This is a flexible role based in the Philippines and can be performed from a home office. Reliable internet connection, very strong English proficiency (written and verbal), and experience in customer service and administrative roles is vital in this position. Online retail experience will be highly regarded although not essential.

As a successful applicant, you will be working closely with the Operations Manager, Brand Manager, CEO and suppliers to grow the business in line with strategic objectives. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a great communicator, problem solver and thrives in working autonomously.

You must be a quick learner, logical thinker and have demonstrated experience driving success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, achieving this with a ‘can-do’ and proactive attitude. You will have an outcomes-focused work-style and be able to work collaboratively with other AT Team members.

Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and implement marketing and customer service focused initiatives
- Look after websites, chat, collateral and other product specific information.
- Work with Content manager to assist with EDMs, campaigns, events, socials, webinars etc.
- Manage customer enquiries and basic product information provision to clients
- After sales service provision including support regarding warranty service and repair
- Oversight of stock management activities to ensure inventory is current, suppliers are well managed and orders are fulfilled.
- Set and update all pricing, product and stock information in relevant systems
- Logistics and coordination of events (online and in person), sponsorships and ambassadors
- Ownership and management of all internal systems including CRM, website CMS, price lists, inventory and accounting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver quality service and efficient processes.
- Oversee financials to provide necessary information to the CEO for sound decision making
- Create and analyze reports and provide meaningful recommendations

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Analytical thinking to help identify and solve problems and enable decisions as required
- Ability to do the leg work as well as maintain oversight and forward thinking
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, manage multiple activities/priorities and quickly adapt to growth and change
- High degree of professionalism with outstanding ability to work effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and understanding of various tools (e.g. Zoho CRM) is a plus.
